Your benefit account website will roll out a fresh new look designed with you in mind. Safe and secure, as always, the updated online experience will offer improved navigation and a mobile-friendly design so you can login with your smartphone. Plus, you'll enjoy exciting new features, like an easy to use "I want to section," and more.

Account access anytime/anywhere

You will soon have access to the new Optum Bank® app. This will replace the Health Advantage by Optum app, which has been decommissioned from the app stores. With the Optum Bank app, you will be able to log in with your website credentials to pay bills, view transactions, upload receipts, file claims and more. Download the new Optum Bank app early 2018.

When will these new features be available?

Starting at the end of December, you'll see changes to your online experience. Keep in mind that we're continually making updates, so you'll see even more enhancements into 2018.

What do you need to do?

  • Nothing for the website — the enhancements will be applied automatically to your account.
  • Delete the Health Advantage by Optum app, and in early 2018, you can download the Optum Bank app
  • For health savings account (HSA) investors, there will be a mandatory investment blackout period beginning December 22, 2017 at 4 p.m. ET through December 30, 2017. During this time, you will be able to view your investment account, but you will not be able to conduct transactions or trades. The last date money will automatically transfer to your investments will be on December 22, 2017. You will not be able to activate a new investment account after 4 p.m. ET on December 22, 2017. An investment account can be opened through Optum Bank on or after December 30, 2017.
