Chad L. Wilkins

Chad Wilkins is chief executive officer for OptumHealth Financial Services,
the largest and only singularly-focused health care financial services
provider. OptumHealth Financial Services offers solutions for individuals and
the health care industry that make health care easier and more affordable.
Wilkins has more than 25 years of financial experience. He spent 15 years
at U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems (U.S. Bank) where he was instrumental
in building one of most successful commercial payment groups in the industry.
In his most recent role with U.S. Bank, he served as the senior vice president – commercial large market manager, leading a segment that grew to more than $13 billion in annual card volume in three years under his direction. At U.S. Bank, Wilkins also led teams to create strategic plans and innovative products that resulted in significant sales growth, high customer satisfaction and increased customer retention.
Previously, Wilkins was a regional sales manager with Citicorp Diners Club
and a commercial loan officer with United Jersey Banks.
Wilkins earned his bachelor’s degree in government from Lehigh
University.
Kelvin L. Anderson
President
OptumHealth Bank
Kelvin L. Anderson is president of OptumHealth
Bank, which he joined in January 2008. His
experience encompasses more than 20 years in
bank operations, including finance and
regulatory compliance, as well as credit
card payment operations. He was previously
chief operating officer and chief financial
officer of both Escrow Bank USA and Capmark
Bank, building and sustaining operations at
both banks during periods of rapid growth.
He is a graduate of the University of Utah
with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
James Priebe
Vice President, Product and Marketing
OptumHealth Financial Services
James Priebe is vice president, product and marketing, for OptumHealth
Financial Services, where he is responsible for OptumHealth Financial
Services’s full range of health accounts for employees, retirees and
individuals as well as the account card and technological capabilities
supporting OptumHealth Financial Services’ services for public- and
private-sector employers and organizations.
Priebe is an active and respected member of the health finance community
and frequent consultant on consumer-directed health care plans to public and
private organizations.
Previously, Priebe was executive director and chief marketing officer for
MMSI, a Mayo Health company. There he led third-party administrative
services, health services, network services and pharmacy benefit management.
He also served seven years with a leading third-party administrator.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing management and
communications from Concordia College in St. Paul, Minn.
Jeff Grosklags
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
OptumHealth Financial Services
Jeff Grosklags is chief financial officer and chief operating officer of
OptumHealth Financial Services, which he joined in January 2006. Previously,
Grosklags served in a number of senior financial roles for 10 years at Metris
Companies, Inc. including senior vice president of finance, bank CFO, finance
lead for the credit card division, and head of investor and public relations.
Prior to Metris, Grosklags worked in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche,
LLP, serving large, publicly traded firms with a focus in financial services and
insurance.
Grosklags holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in
St. Paul, Minn., and he is an inactive certified public accountant.
Allan Klindworth
Chief Credit Officer
OptumHealth Financial Services
Allan Klindworth is chief credit officer for OptumHealth Financial Services.
Klindworth joined OptumHealth Financial Services in January 2006 following 11
years in a variety of senior strategic and operational roles at Metris Companies,
Inc. He was one of a dozen individuals who started Metris in 1994, developed it
into a publicly traded financial services company and grew it into one of the
top 10 credit card issuers in the nation. Prior to Metris, Klindworth worked
in corporate research at Fingerhut Corp., where he was responsible for
opportunity analysis, demographic modeling and targeting, and strategic
consulting for Fingerhut’s many subsidiaries.
Klindworth holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and applied mathematics
from the University of North Dakota and a master’s degree in business
administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of
Management.
Kelly L. Clark
Chief Information Officer
OptumHealth Financial Services
Kelly L. Clark is chief information officer for OptumHealth Financial
Services, responsible for leading the information technology organization
through strategic planning and technology deployments to bring innovation,
reliability and security to benefits delivery, health care administration and
transactional processes.
Clark has a wide range of experience in technology leadership, development,
operations and consulting. Previously, he was vice president of the application
services group at Uniprise Technologies. Before joining Uniprise, Clark was vice
president, development and technology, for Sagebrush Corp., a market leader in
educational software products. Clark was general manager of SSI North America,
a consultancy practice, and spent three years at Norstan Consulting.
He has master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Manitoba
in Winnipeg, Canada.
