Implementation Support Meet, test, ‘go live.’ We start the implementation of OptumHealthSM Electronic Payments and Statements with a comprehensive session in which our experts meet with you to review our standard implementation process and learn about all of your unique requirements. We’ll assign a dedicated implementation team, whose members will work with you during this collaborative effort to ensure that Electronic Payments and Statements is effectively integrated into your health plan’s operations. We test all aspects of the system thoroughly before we activate it and you “go live” with providers.
