OptumHealth Financial Services already has over 366,000 physicians and other health care professionals using the OptumHealth^SM Electronic Payments and Statements solution. We make it easy for providers to enroll, we focus on making the system easy to use, and best of all, it’s a free service for providers.

We also sponsor regular campaigns to add providers to our network by educating them about the electronic process and motivating them to shift to it. We use a variety of media in our provider outreach programs to make them highly effective. Outreach programs can be customized for payer branding and payer-specific messaging, if desired.

It doesn’t get any easier

The enrollment process is simple and takes only a few minutes.

Enrollments can be done by mail, fax, and online . Providers supply their contact and banking information, then select if they want to receive their electronic remittance advice (ERA) through their clearinghouse or directly from the Electronic Payments and Statements user site. Beginning with the first deposit through Electronic Payments and Statements, all payment and remittance information can be accessed online through the comprehensive user Web site, where providers can print, download, and search the information.
