A New Name for Exante Financial Services -- OptumHealth Financial Services

Starting March 3, 2008, Exante Financial Services and Exante Bank are known as OptumHealth Financial Services and OptumHealth Bank.

The change reflects the fact that Exante Financial Services is joining the OptumHealth brand, an alliance of companies dedicated to optimizing health, well-being and financial security for individuals.

This is only a name change. Our address and phone numbers will not change. More importantly, our business and our focus stay the same:

• For individuals, we offer tax-advantaged health accounts to make it easier to plan, save and pay for health care, and convenient account cards to make health transactions simple.

• For employers, we integrate health accounts with medical plans and administer those plans so you can offer meaningful benefits to employees and retirees while maintaining control over your costs.

• For health plans and providers, we offer a fully integrated print-to-electronic claims remittance and payment process to reduce overhead.
